Who We Are
In response to the worsening living conditions faced by many communities, particularly in developing countries such as poverty, limited access to quality education, and declining health outcomes, the United Nations identified Quality Education as a key action point (SDG 4) for achieving sustainable development. Education remains one of the most powerful tools for improving lives and building resilient communities across Africa.
At STEAM Empowerment Foundation, we align with this global goal by using Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) as a transformative pathway for learning. Research shows that over 75% of the fastest-growing careers today require STEM-related skills, yet less than 30% of students in tertiary institutions are currently enrolled in STEM-focused courses. This growing gap highlights the urgent need for early, inclusive, and practical STEAM education.
Through hands-on learning experiences, creative problem-solving, and real-world applications, we equip children and young people with the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in the future workforce while inspiring innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning.
What We Do

— Seminar & Workshop
Our Seminars and workshops are hands-on engaging and fun. Since we have come to the realization it’s always better having fun while you learn therefore our courses are built putting an emphasis on enjoying yourself while you learn.

— STEAM Themed Party
We deliver immersive STEAM-themed parties that combine celebration with hands-on learning for both children and adults. Our experiences feature interactive science activities, canvas painting, Sculpture showpiece, Pottery making, Scented candle making, Name String Art, Customized Rafia Hat /Bag, Culinary activities.

— CSR for Corporate Organizations
We partner with corporate organizations to deliver impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).

— Graduate Trainee
Through our training programmes, we design hands-on STEAM programs for graduate trainees that build practical, job-ready skills beyond the classroom. Our training combines technology, innovation, problem-solving, and creative thinking through real-world projects, workshops, and mentorship.

— Summer & Easter Holidays
During our Summer and Easter Holidays , we create fun, hands-on learning experiences that inspire children and youth to explore, create, and innovate through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).
Impact Stories
Setting the Standard for STEAM Activities
STEAM Club has beaten other clubs because of different types of scientific activities carried out on weekly basis. Beside this, pupils look forward to participate in this exercise. Also, the instructors are at the top of their work. However, they can do more.
Inspiring Creativity Through Hands-On Learning
STEAM Club has been a great help and so beneficial in the development of creative mind and scientific skill of our pupils. It also allows our pupils to collaboratively explore different ideas and activities which will build their knowledge through completing hands on experiments/ projects.
